This holiday house located in the small village Kremenici, near Malinska, has been renovated in a traditional rustic style. In the back garden, there are olive trees, a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub (brand HotSpring Summit) with deck chairs.
There are also a billiards table and a table-tennis table in a cellar, as well as an outdoor grill. On the first floor there are living room and dining room with kitchen, and on the top floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
